Located in Brgy. Bagumbayan, Sta. Barbara, Iloilo, the village has a total lot area of 25,000 sqm, with 1, 614 sqm reserved area for parks, playgrounds, and community facilities. It features 310 22-sqm row houses. Each housing unit is loftable and comes with fully-functional kitchen and bathroom, complete with all the basic fixtures. The beneficiaries and their families will also get to enjoy their own front and backyards.

What makes this project truly one of its kind is that it utilizes the latest housing technologies. Instead of using the conventional CHB, the houses are built using Light Gauge Steel Framing system approved by AITECH.

As of writing, construction is in full-force. Kit Properties Inc. is hopeful that all units will be ready for turnover and occupancy by the end of February.

Iririmaw AFP-PNP Village is one of the projects of the National Housing Authority following the Administrative Order No. 9 signed by the former president, Benigno S. Aquino III last April 2019. The order mandated an implementation of housing units for the uniformed men and women of the Armed Forces of the Philippines and the Philippine National Police.
